The Apple Maco received a major overhaul last year with MacOS Big Sur, which brought a Mac experience closer to iOS than before. However, it does not mean that Apple has made an increase in the MAC operating system – and the company announced the new Monterey MacOS at its annual Worldwide developer conference.
MacOS Monterey, also known as MacOS 12, bring a series of new improvements to MAC as a whole, including better integration with iPad, and features that also come to the iPhone.
At present, the operating system in the sixth public beta, which basically means that it is still perfected and developed, and is not ready for full release. You can download it if you want, but we recommend most people wait until full consumer release.

The best new features in MacOS Monterey
MacOS Monterey get a number of relatively large updates, along with a series of applications that come to applications and services on all Apple devices. We have included the second below.
Safari.
Safari gets the main redesus for MacOS Monterey – and has a little customer divided. Initially, the new safari has a design that combines the tab tab and the URL bar, which looks very efficient, but makes Safari more difficult to use for some. However, then, Apple creates a combined tab option blade in Safari, rather than forcing customers to use it.
Universal control.
Maybe one of the biggest updates for MacOS Monterey is the addition of universal controls. Universal control basically allows you to use your keyboard and mouse to control Mac and iPad computers. Just place your other Mac or iPad near your computer, slide the mouse in the direction of another device, and it must appear on your device. Your keyboard will be supported, and you can drag and drop content in both. Universal control is still not available in public beta, so maybe the feature will be pushed to iOS 15.1 or iOS 15.2.
Focus
Like other Apple devices, Mac is increasingly focused. The focus basically allows you to set a profile for your notification depending on what you do. So, you can have a job profile that only allows via email and message. Or, you can set driving focus which only allows calls, and not text messages. In focus, if someone sends you a message, they can be notified that your notification is silenced, and if it’s an emergency, select to send a message. Focus automatically synchronize your device, and developers can integrate their application too.
Airplay.
Airplay gets a big update on the MAC that lets you use Mac as a display. With AirPlay, you can file files from iPhone, iPad, or even other Macs. This means that if you have an iMac, it can be used as a screen for your laptop too. This feature functions wirelessly, or through a USB-c cable. It also works with audio – so your Mac can be used for multi-room audio.
Mail Privacy Protection
Apple strives to protect users better than email tracking. Mail privacy protection hides the user’s IP address, so the sender cannot track your online activities, determine your location, and so on. This feature also blocks tracking pixels.
Personal relay
In MacOS Monterey, Apple has led to a paid iCloud subscription to iCloud +, and iCloud + customers can now get access to personal relay. Personal relays basically encrypt all Safari browsing, repair it through two separate internet relays, so the user’s IP address, location, and more, cannot be used to track it.
Shortcuts
Mac finally got the shortcut application that was first introduced on the iPhone and iPad. On Mac, this application will allow users to create MAC specific shortcuts, and shortcuts can be run from Dock, menu bars, spotlight, or using Siri. Shortcuts made on your Mac can be used on the iPhone, and vice versa.
