Apple Watch 7 may have bigger displays to fit more complication widgets

Apple can hit the display size on the upcoming Apple Watch model, according to new rumors, with a larger version of almost 2-inch screen packaging.

Apple Watch 7 will come in a larger size to boot, according to Bloomberg – in 41mm and 45mm, the latter will pack a 1.9-inch screen with a resolution of 484 x 396 pixels. It rises from the size of 40mm and 44mm on Apple Watch 6, the latter has a 1.78 inch screen and a resolution of 448 x 368 pixels.

The size that the lump does not look like a lot, but 16% more pixels mean more real estate screens to enter complications watch widgets and other elements. Apple reportedly prepared a new watch face and improved the older version, including one with the internal name of Atlas or a world timer that showed all 24 global time zones simultaneously.

This is the second time the size of the Apple Watch has increased because the product was introduced – the last one was Apple Watch 4 in 2017, which was expanded to the size of 40mm and 44mm at this time from the 38mm and 42mm version of Apple Watch 3.
