If you shop for electronics on cyber Monday this year, your options may include Amazon branded TV. According to the insider, the e-commerce giant plans to launch its own TV in the US as soon as October, just in time for the holiday shopping season. The project was reported to have been developed for almost two years by a team of Amazon and Lab126 devices, the distribution of R & D is responsible for designing the company’s products that include Kindle and echo speakers.
However, people in saying that the models that are expected to be launched in October were designed and produced by third parties such as TCL. The Amazon in-house team seems to work on a separate TV, although it is not clear whether it will also be released in the US in the coming months. As for third-party artificial TVs, the Insider person said they would be powered by Alexa, as you would expect from the Amazon branded hardware. However, publications do not say, if they will also run the company’s fire TV software.
Amazon has sold TV that runs fire, but they still carry their manufacturers brands. This upcoming TV will have Amazon branding even if they are made by third party companies, similar to Amazonbasics TV, e-commerce giants for sale in India. If you will remember, the company released a 55-inch model and 50 inches under the Amazonbasics brand in this country last year. The models planned for US releases will be reported in the range of 55 to 75 inches, even though we have to wait for more information to find out whether they are also low-cost models such as TV released in India.
